PC: Penn Central Railroad Diesel spotters guide -Reply

Haven't actually seen it, but read something about it in either PC
Railroader or Rails Norhteast.  I'm pretty sure Bob Reid put it out prior to
the 1973 Penn Central Bi-Annual, or right around that time. If somebody
here has one, I'd like to find out if it's worth buying.
