CENTRAL TERMINAL FIRE

A series of small fires at Buffalo's Central Terminal confounded city
firefighters this morning. 

The fires - set on the fourth floor - were tough to get at because the
building is tightly locked due to restoration attempts. But fire crews
eventually got the fires out without further incident.
