Hi George,

That is what the ORER is for. The billing depts. at the rairoads look at
the initials and look them up in the ORER to see whom to bill.

The Jan. 99 ORER lists for CR the initials:
BA  BCK  CNJ CR DLW EL ERIE LNE LV MGA NB NH NYC PAE PC PCA PCB PRR RDG
RR TOC
All cars are to be billed to CR even though there are no cars reported
in some of those marks anymore!

As of Jan. 99 the amount of EL hoppers are 140.
