Employees are a companies BEST ASSET.  Ever since this deal went down,
all the mega-millions that got spread around among lower management on
up, all the unionized work force got was drug into court and forced to
accept what NS or CSX said they needed to create the biggest rail
monopoly in the Eastern, U.S.  One thing that I don't understand is if
Conrail was such a monopoly, then what do you call 2 railroads that
control 45,000+ miles of track from Montreal to Miami, Tracks in I think
every state East of the Mississippi, tracks in every major city?  A
regional carrier!
