The "Wreck of the Penn Central" has a nice fold out that diagrams the entire 
PC ownership tree.  I think that the PCTC was owned by the Penn Central 
Holding Company.  The Penn Central Holding Company also owned things like 
the Pennsylvania Investment Co. and other other aspects of the PC.  If 
anyone can scan this it would be great.
