Hey guys, sorry about the double hit on the sign info.  I did want to
add that Conrail units going to the NS that haven't been re-numbered are
getting a NS decal applied below the side cab numbers.  They are the
same size as the PRR decal that is below the re-numbered units.  They
started this today here at Conway.
