PC: FPA4

Thought everyone might be interested to see the new Railpace, there's a pic
of a former VIA FPA4 in Conneticut that's been painted as "PC 1302" - I
think it's at the Valley RR Museum (who else would have something like that
and cars for a photo frieght?  but I don't have the mag in front of me for
the details).   They painted it with a red P logo, too.  apparently it's
become hip to be a PC fan now that CR is dead? lol -
