PC: The Wreck of The Penn Central

Greetings,
   I just received my copy of "The Wreck of The Penn Central" new edition
from Amazon.   Upon reading the Chapter "End of the Line" I discovered that
the exact page where PC declares bankruptcy (p305-306) is missing.  In my
edition it looks like it is not torn out but was never there!    I'm not
sure if there is any irony here, but of all pages to be missing, the one
where PC throws in the towel??
  I'd be curious to know if any others have purchased the book to find the
same!
Not sure if this would be a collectors item or I should return it.
