Gents:

Don't you  get a tax break with an LLC?  There are a lot of them here in
Tennessee-  of course this state will go to bed with any company.  Giving
DELL computer over $40 million to come here and the $$ given to the
Oilers......Today they have to balance the budget as they are $400million in
the hole next year- and lay off us state workers and take away our 1% cost
of living raises and then raise taxes in the same vote.....

Anyhow, saw an old coverd hopper (short) with Conrail/NYC marks in town
today, the whole highlight of the day.  Neat about the NS locomotives, too
bad not PC marks on black, or gold PRR, but it is a start....
