Re: PC: SD-40 handbrake

I wouldnt be surprised if the customer could specify the handbrake
location, just like any of a number of other options on the locomotives.  
It might even be related to which end is desginated as "Front" on some
locomtives, although that wouldn't apply to SD40's.
