PC: New PC tape

In the July/August issue of Vintage Rails, with the PC
railfan article, on page 99 is a add for a PC tape from
A & R Productions:

says it a 53 minute tape of the old Western Ry.of MA
in Penn Central black.
$29.95
has anyone seen this tape yet, opinions?

Also a neat little story on page 18 of the Michigan 
Northern, which took over PC operations in 76.
