PC: RE:Stewart C628 paint schemes

The understanding that i have from several sources,was that Stewart would do
the PRR and SP versions first and then follow up with other roads. ASIC,the
model needs lots of work detail wise no matter what version you purchase.
The sand filler hatch(s) have to go and the pilots need some TLC as well.
Have started 2 L&N units,with possible PC units to follow.
