You can send it by Special Standard Mail for about $1.13, or Bound Printed 
Matter for $1.92.  For $3.20 you can go with Priority Mail.

My local shops don't have it yet, but some Book/Magazine stores like Barnes & 
Noble, etc. sometimes carry it.
