George,

	What you say about waste is so very true. Have seen it now for 
over a quarter of a century, gee I am getting to be a old head now. 
We had a two story brick yard office here in Trinidad that the BN 
remodeled. Less then a year after they remodeled the building it 
was torn down. When the build was ripped down the local lumber 
yard still had not been paid for the new windows.
