It would have been great if the PC had the freedom of de-regulation that
the rails have now. Those lightly used branchs may have been able to
generate alot more revenue if the cost to car-load could have been more
competative. I understand that the NS will give you service even if its
1 car a month! Maybe they figure by giving you service that you'll do
more business with them. Like I said, to bad the PC didn't have this
freedom to negoiate rates.
