PC: Stainless and Aluminum

Budds are stainless. We have a set of Pennsy/PC/Amtrak Budd coaches at
the North Alabama Railroad Museum in Huntsville.

I'm not sure how many builders tried aluminum, but ACF built lightweight
trainsets for the L&N's post-war streamliners Azalean and Humming Bird.
>From what I've heard, there was no end of problems where the steel frame
joined the aluminum body.
