Haysi was I believe either absorbed by CSX or the mine closed, but the
power was the F7B which was modified with a small window on the end and ran
normal control - none of the pictures I've seen show any evidence of remote
control. It may have had a window cut into the side as well, it's been a
while since I saw the picture. The railroad itself was located off the
Clinchfield.
