Easy, at $90, he's still making a reasonable profit, particularly if 
he's:

- Moving a lot of them quickly and/or

- Buying as a distributor

The 40% dealer discount number is often thrown around, but any dealer 
who buys at a straight 40% off has rocks in his head.
