Vincent Reh's book "Railroad Radio" gives some information on the system.
Pennsy was not the only user, but the biggest.  According to his book, the
system was shut down in 1967.

Anyone can contact me here, or off list to discuss radio systems.( I am
about as crazy about them as trains!).
