PC: Goodbye Metroliner, Hello Acela Express

According to Amtrak, the Metroliner name will soon be a thing of the
past, along with PRR/PC era Clockers, Keystone Service, and
the fairly recent Northeast Direct.

Acela Express, Acela Regional, and Acela Commuter are the new
names for these services.  It is part of the naming overhaul being
done to mark the beginning of Amtrak's new high speed trainsets
in the Northeast.
