Don't know, but I would hazard a guess that they are very close. 
Polly Scale is made by Floquil, so I would assume they try to keep
similarly named colors close to one another.

But this is Polly Scale paint, not Polly S.  It handles more like Model
Flex paints.  I know what you mean about the old Polly S formulation, I
didn't like it much either.
