Thanks to all-

Will go either PRR tuscan or Coach Green on my baggage car.  Planning to
make and paint several, so does not matter which I start with.  Prefer
Floquil, kind of hypocritical in a way, an industrial hygienist who likes
atomizing solvent based paint for a hobby.....

Microscale N scale loco PENN CENTRAL text looks about right for B60s based
off of the Morning Sun book photos.
