PC: Fw: Penn Central decals in HO

Gents:

Got this a while back-  shame what is out of production, but can see some of
the justification from Champion's standpoint.  Hate to see it because they
do have every damn PC, C & E I, and SCL decal I have been looking for, and
others too I am sure.
