The flood issue is the August-September 72 issue of the PC Post,
it has a red cover banner instead of green used on the other Post.
It tells of the Tropical Storm Agnes that destroyed much of the PC
track in 1972 and has a few good storm related pics of wrecked PC
equipment and right-of-way.
why is it so sought after??????
