Rich,

I'd say the Atlas U23B in PC paint is about as good as it gets for
plastic out of the box, in model accuracy, paint and performance.
A few easy details to make it even better are ACI labels
on the side of the long hood, a Pennsy style signal box
(for the second order), and yellow paint on the ralings at the ends.
I've dug up a bunch of pictures and am in the process of adding many
more details, if you're interested let me know.
