To my knowledge, Penn Central never had any such passenger cars on its roster.
The only intercity passenger cars the Penn Central inherited were those that
came from the New York Central, Pennsylvania and New Haven railroads, not a
single one of them was a dome car, all were conventional roofed cars, no
domes.
