Understand Railfans do not have any rights. If they are pleasant
well behaved people I will fix them up with a lineup if they come in
my office and tell them to keep to the public areas and not inside of
my yard. Will also point out some good photo locations for them. If
they are jerks, act in a very unresponsible way then they get no
line up and are asked to leave the not to come back on railroad
property.If they do go into my yard then are are removed from it,
very simple. They have no right to be on railroad property and the
liability that it brings. NS police are doing what they are instrcted
by there superiors to do, nothing more, northing less.
