The brick company owned the vault, and sold the property to the city so
there was no theft involved- The vault was an in an unused structure along
an old RR right-of-way-  that was not my point- my point was that companys
just don't care.  If you had no problems, great- but not everyone is like
that.

Point, just be careful-
