PC: PC car sighting

The NS local VO-2 came by this morning with two cars, one being a 65' PC
green high side mill gon. Looks very much like a PC 590000 series car.
It had different reporting marks that I couldn't make out, but it sure
looked like PC. These cars were notorious for "truck hunting". I
remember one derailed when I worked for SCL, the train was in a
perfectly straight stretch of track. The lead set of wheels derailed in
the center of the train. They were lucky nothing else came off the
track!
