PC: Bowser flat

I just finished doing the Bowser flat in PC. I replaced the sill steps
with A-line "A" stirrups(the stock ones break if you look at em hard).
I painted the deck gray and masked it so the steel areas would get
Scalecoat PC Green. Turned out pretty fair. I had to add some lead to
the center sill and used Intermountain wheels. I used the Walthers
generic PC set for the lettering, along with some data from leftover
Herald King sets. Its not "super detailed" but has the "look".
