PC: PC on the silver screen-

Other than The Last Detail, (and even this was Amtrak controlled PC, but the
Es and GG1s are in worms) are there any other hollywood PC clips out there?

What was the title (it has been years) of the film with the runaway E of F
units (it has been years) though the west during a blizzard with a convict
on board (it has been years)?  I think the film was either late 70s early
80s.  I saw it on cable four or so years back at 3:00 am most recently and
still do not remember much about it.
