IHC makes a cheap, simple adapter to allow the use of centered-mount trucks
on these cars.  It is a plastic glue-on part that centers the hole and
overlaps the mount pad for the original truck.  Central Hobby SUpply has
some in stock (315) 437-6630 and you can mail order some there to get
started.
