PC: [Fwd: Penn Central C628 and C424]

Hey gang,

I'm forwarding a message that was sent to me earlier. This one has me
stumped. Any of you modellers ever seen or built one of these airhorn 
brackets? I know from photos what the bracket looks like, but I've
never seen a detail part available for one myself. Thanks. -JWJ
