I think that the numbers given by the NS are wrong as the bulk of the 
current CR Train and Engine service employees currently working hired 
between 1968 and 1976 which were the years of Penn Central.  The bulk 
of the ex PRR employees are either departed or looking out of the 
door ready to leave.
