just based on this and the fact that the TP&W only rostered 4-axle road
units, I'd say that the PC units to expect would be anything from
GP20-30-35-40 and U25-28-30-33-23B types. Not sure that Alco's made it out
that far, but RS27's and C425's would be likely candidates.
Is the 2781 still Lehigh Valley red in that shot?
