   If the color is not close to Scalecoat or Floquil PC green, I think
it is "off". The Accurail car seems too light.

I'm not sure where they originated, but in 1973 and 74 PC ran detour
trains to Norfolk over the RF&P/SCL. I worked nights (11-7) at Collier
yd. These trains passed by every night for about two weeks, in '73 and
again in'74(The barge sunk at Cape Charles). Most were solid grain cars,
mostly green ribside types. I kept a record of the trains I saw,
engines were mostly GP-38, GP-30, GP-35 and U25B's. They had a cab
on each end for the runaround move at Norlina. This was one of the
things that got me intersested in PC. I think the trains going down the
Eastern Shore originated at Enola.
