     Am I safe to assume that the law still exists and that it forbays 
desiel power?  Also I have seen NJT F-40PHs on the medowlands raceway 
heading into the tubes.  The F-40s come from the Raritan Valley Line. I 
have been at Penn Station Newark and seen F-40s go right on to New York.  
Besides where would they find the time and money to make the power 
change.
