I know the University of Cincinnati has a reciprocating agreement with the
Hamilton County Public Library that permits cardholders of either institution to
check out books under their respective cards.  UC and HCPL both have all of the
books in question in their collections.  If you reside in Ohio, you may also use
the State Library Link computer system to request delivery of books from any
participating library in the state.  Delivery takes anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
