FWIW, I have a reservation sheet for the U23Bs. If the pictured loco 
is a production sample, the lettering looks a little better than the 
U33Cs. However, keep in mind that the picture is a photocopy, and the 
loco may be a pre-prduction sample done with Microscale or similar 
decals.
