I have tried e-bay and find that they are far too difficult to use as I have
had difficulty getting bids to go through because my password or user name,
though registered would not go through like it should and gave up on e-bay,
which I would recommend avoiding like the plague.  I have tried RailsRus and
have had good results with that auction service so far. It is f ar easier to
use than e-bay which has quickly depleted my patience after fighting with it.
Signal Station 71 is another good source of Penn Central material, though I
have bought material of other roads from there, they have PC material. The way
e-bay jerked me around the last time turns me off to them.
