PC: ADMIN: Major site update!

Hey gang,

Because a) I enjoy coding HTML in Wordpad, b) I was too tired after
raking leaves for four hours to go anywhere tonight, or c) I simply
have no life.....I spent the better part of my evening completing a
major update to the Penn Central Railroad Homepage web site.

Over 20 new photos have been added, along with usual updates
to the Sightings, Information Exchange, and Magazine Listings pages.
There's even a new interlocking diagram in the Official Track Diagrams
section. Over 30 megabytes of PC-related material are now available.
