PC: PC /NYC GP-20`S

Hi.                                                                 I
recently bought a LIFE-LIKE  PROTO 2000 GP-20 painted for NYC.It is a
beautiful looking , and running model.I don`t mind that I have to
renumbered it to 2107,because the paint scheme is correct.The only
problem I have is the location of the bell.It is mounted above the
body.I have only seen pictures with the bell level with the body. Which
way we they delivered,and if they changed location when?
