PC: Proposed By-Laws

The  first section of the proposed by-laws are posted at

Please send comments about the By-laws to me and I will post them on the site.
If enough people feel the same - the proposed Bylaws will  change to  reflect
that. At this point, it is not cast in stone.

This method will save wear and tear on Jerry's smellycat server and not bore
people who may not be interested.

Comments about other PC Society issues ( archive / T-shirts - decals ) would
better sent to the PC list
