3RD RAIL GRAPHICS address is 329 33rd ST. Lindenhurst,N.Y. 11757.I have
6 of their models.They are painted correctly for their prototype of
their model number. What I think they did was buy a copy of PENN CENTRAL
COLOR GUIDE to FREIGHT and PASSENGER EQUIPMENT because the cars that I
bought were in there. I got them at Strasburg Train Shop in September.
