Can most everyone telnet?
perhaps a simple way to make an online component would be to simply set up
a chat program somewhere to telnet into - even someone running a 286 at
2400 Baud could participate that way. to see what I'm referring to,
keyword "Talker" and maybe list into any search engine and you can link to
any of a million of them to see how it works (at least 3 major code types).
