Whoa!  Hold on everyone!

I'm not picking on Walt, or any of the other PCHS supporters but...

A considerable effort on this is currently under way.  Several months ago,
we started the process and know that there is interest, and even started
investigating where to draw up the legal documents to form a non-profit
organization etc.

With this type of list, new people come aboard, and may believe that their
ideas are new ones. (Sometimes they are)  The work being done on the PCHS
needs to be added to and continuously updated in the list FAQ's and/or the
the web page.  This way new people can be directed to the info and brought
up to speed.
