PC: PC in the news

  On the way to work today, I heard a part of a business story on WCBS News
radio 88 (New York).  It had something to do with the stock market and
interest rates.   I did not hear the whole story, but it was mentioned that
this "event" only has taken place five times.    The first was in "1970
with the collapse of Penn Central".
   Even in 1998,  Penn Central can still make news!
