PC: PC Paint colors

Anyone out there know (or have an opinion :^) of what the proper color
"grey" should be for PC covered hoppers?  The PC Color Guide is a good
start, but there seem to be no two cars in agreement. (A possible color
balance issue with the printing)  Also, NYC grey vs. PRR grey differences
as well...

The guide shows colors ranging from a pale blue-grey to a concrete color.
In the past, I've just mixed a shade that was close to a photo I had. 
I'm really interested to see if there is a better way. :^)

A reference to a Model Flex color or Polly S color is what I'm looking 
for. Non-water soluble paints need not apply...
