no, it's not a tyco puke-green with the yellow horns and a junk drive. I
had a Life-Like that was black and had a similar but slightly cheaper drive
as this (rear wheels powered only). plus Tyco was made in Hong Kong and
this was made in Taiwan. This drive is similar to the drive in a Varney F3
(late 50's-60's plastic shell version) but the shell is of
Globe/Athearn/Penn Line ancestory (Shortened steps, dual headlight,
original pilot opening filled in for the narrow-style X2f coupler)....
