Yes, PC RDC's had the NYC safety stripes and merely were relettered 
NYC RDC's with NYC name erased on the letterboard and PC logos 
applied to the sides near each vestible. No RDC's were ever fuller 
lettered "PENN CENTRAL"  on the letterboard
